Smithfield Laundry & Bath

I was given creative freedom on this project, so I mixed Majestic Maine with a little California Clean. We updated the bathroom and added a complete laundry room to a lake house in Smithfield, Maine. We brought the bathroom back to life, vaulted the ceiling, added recessed and accent lighting, added a washer and dryer and luxury SPC flooring with Maine barn wood and brick accents. We also added beautiful custom shaker cabinets which enclose the instant water heater.
